You may arrange a clinic appointment by contacting his secretary, Sheila Reynolds, at the Nuffield hospital.
You will require a referral letter from your GP or Consultant Specialist. If you have been referred directly by your Physiotherapist or Chiropractor, we advise that you also arrange a brief supporting referral letter from your GP.
Please bring with you any X-Rays or MRI/CT scans in your possession, which are relevant to your clinical problem.
If you have Private Medical Insurance (PMI), you are advised to obtain pre-authorisation for the consultation from your insurance company prior to your clinic appointment.
